The Cape of Skotaria is a location of particular interest in Ithaca. In essence, it is the result of a landslide that reaches the deep into the sea. The limestone rock-layers are distinguishable. The site is suitable for experienced divers only, since there is an underwater current of medium strength and the seabed is vertical, creating a wall.
